Hey everyone, starting tomorrow (April 09, 2010) at noon we will start selling out Smoked Meats at the Vernonia Oregon Sentry Market store.  We will be selling our smoked beef steak 1/4, 1/2 pounders, and the 1/2 pound mild pepperoni bite size pieces.

So if you are passing through this lovely little twon in NW Oregon, stop by the Sentry Market and buy some delicious smoked beef steak.

Sorenson’s Jerky & Pepperoni Update

We had a great time at the Canby gun show!

We will be attending the Vancouver Wa Gun Show at the Clark County Fair Grounds on March 6th & 7th.  We will be selling our fantastic tasting ”Black Angus Mild or Spicy Pepperoni”, “Water Buffalo Mild & Spicy Pepperoni”, Mexican Jerky (Sweet & Spicy), Smoke House mild Pepperoni, Smoke House Smoked Beef Steaks, American Bison Buffalo (Original, Teriyaki, Black Pepper, Honey Glazed) Jerky, and Mild Pepperoni.

We also hopefully to have a small assortment of Elk, Venison, Alligator jerky at the show to see how everyone likes it.
